Refund policy

Size Exchanges
We have a 14-day size exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a size exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start an exchange, contact us at hello@sweetdaisyprintshoppe.com. If your exchange is authorized, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be refunded/exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right as quickly as possible. Email us at hello@sweetdaisyprintshoppe.com and include photos of the damaged/incorrect item. Claims must be submitted within 28 days of receiving your order.

Yes! Our founder and owner, Adana, is the designer of all the prints you see in our shop! Her artwork is inspired by many of her favorite things. Getting her ideas out of her head and onto paper... or in this case, fabric... is very fulfilling, and helps spread a little happiness to those around her.

Our t-shirts fit true to size and are all a relaxed fit. If you prefer a more tailored fit, size down. Like the oversized look? Size up.

Not sure what size to order? Measure a favorite fitting t-shirt by laying it flat and measuring across the shirt, just below the armhole, then compare it to the chart in the listing for the item you would like to purchase.

Unless otherwise noted, all of our t-shirts are Comfort Colors Heavyweight Garment-dyed T-shirts. Garment dyeing makes it soft and comfortable from day one. Because of the dyeing process, we suggest you prewash your shirt before wearing it the first time. The process may leave what we call "loose dye" that will release in the first wash, so it is best to always wash alone or with like colors.

Turning your shirt wrong side out each time you wash it will increase the longevity of the print.

We use water based inks that print in a similar way as an ink jet desktop printer. It sinks into the fabric and is soft, stretchy, and much more breathable than traditional screen printing. These inks are colorfast, meaning there will be very little fading over time.

Want the techy answer? We use Kornit Water-based and NeoPigment inks that are Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe and reduce environmental waste.

Each item is printed especially for you as soon as you place an order. Our team works to get them out the door as quickly as possible. Orders usually arrive in 5-8 business days, but may take a little longer during busy seasons. Orders are printed and shipped from the fulfillment center nearest you.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
